This year, my first for some time as editor, I have tried to put the school at the heart of the magazine.

SOSA exists, in my opinion, to support and champion the school as an educational institution, as much as to retain personal connections with it. It also serves, I would say, as a collective memory; a reminder to everyone of the school's heritage, ethos and achievements.

I have tried to reflect the vibrancy and energy of Sibford within the pages of the magazine, and to give anyone who picks it up a glimpse of how important and stimulating the school can be. I hope I have gone some way to achieving this.
